Soak the raisins in warm water for 5 minutes.
In warm milk, add sugar, yeast, vanilla sugar, one beaten egg, mix well. Add some flour with baking powder, mix, then add raisins and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into pieces and make buns of any shape. Let it go for 10 minutes. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Beat the egg and grease the buns with it and bake for another 10 minutes.
