Melt the butter for the dough. Beat eggs with sugar in a strong foam, without ceasing to beat, add butter and sour cream. Then add flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Lubricate the baking dish with oil and pour half of the dough.
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.
Put the apples evenly on the dough and sprinkle with raisins.
Pour the rest of the dough, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
To sprinkle, mix the butter with flour and sugar, grind into crumbs, sprinkle the cake and bake for another 20 minutes. Ready cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
