Rinse the quinces and remove the seeds, cut into pieces and put them in a sterile jar.
Boil water and pour quince, substitute a knife or spoon under boiling water so that when filling the can with water, I will not burst through the temperature difference. Cover the jar and let stand for 20 minutes.
In a pan, combine sugar, citric acid and cinnamon. Pour the water from the jar into the pan and boil.
Pour the finished syrup into the jar with quince again and roll it up. Turn the jar upside down and cover with a blanket until it cools completely.
