Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Prepare cupcake tins.
Prepare the chocolate cake according to the packaging directions. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add beaten egg and chocolate chips.
Put a little dough in a cupcake pan, then 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and dough again.
Bake until cooked, garnish with glaze or cream cheese residue on top.
