Roll out the dough, put in a greased form, form high sides. Make frequent punctures with a fork on the test, sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
Chop mushrooms, fry with onions until tender.
Put the mushrooms on top of the dough, salt, add spices to taste. Then sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and put in a circle on top, salt.
Beat eggs, add milk, the rest of the grated cheese, season to taste.
Pour the quiche with the mixture and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
