5. Vinegar 9% 2 Tsp

Cooking

1 . Stage

Pour water into a pan, add sugar and cloves. Bring the syrup to a boil.

2 . Stage

Add to the syrup chopped into small cubes. Cook until the pumpkins are soft, the cooking time will depend on the type of pumpkin.

3 . Stage

Pour vinegar at the end, mix and remove from heat. Distribute the pumpkin and syrup over the banks and roll up. This recipe is designed for preservation, but if you want to eat it immediately after cooking, then you do not need to add vinegar. Bon Appetit!!!
