Peel the pumpkin and cut into slices. Chop onion and pepper.
Add vegetables to the stewpan, add vegetable oil, salt and pepper, pour water. Simmer in a closed lid for 30 minutes over low heat.
Add chopped garlic, tomato juice and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Interrupt with a blender until smooth.
Lay eggs in sterile jars and roll up.
