Dice onion and fillet. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft, then add the meat, salt, pepper to taste and fry until golden brown.
Take a small pumpkin and carefully cut off the hat, inside the pumpkin peel.
Slice the apple and prunes, mix with chicken, salt and pepper to taste, add Provencal herbs. Stuff the pumpkin with the filling.
Cover the pumpkin with a cut-off hat, rearrange it in a baking dish covered with parchment, grease the whole pumpkin with vegetable oil. Bake at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.
