1 . Stage
We thaw the dough, roll it out to a rectangle. And set the dough aside to rest.

Chop onions, mushrooms, dill, and grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Heat a frying pan and add sunflower oil, now that the oil is hot fry the onions and mushrooms until they are soft.

When the onions and mushrooms have become soft - add the dill, salt, pepper and butter. Cook until soft.

We take our rested dough, place a pillow of cheese on one half of the dough, and top with the mushroom filling.

Grease the edges of the dough with egg white, and cover with the remaining half of the dough. Press the edges together (I use a fork to press the edges together, like you do with chebureks).
7 . Stage
Transfer the dough to the baking tray, and fold up the edge as in the photo.
8 . Stage
Now make diagonal cuts, smear with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Now put the roll cake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
