Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Finely chop one onion and fry in vegetable oil. Slice the second potato and fry with chopped mushrooms until the mushrooms are ready. Then season to taste and add sour cream, simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Mashed potatoes, add the egg, fried onions.
Salt and pepper to taste and add flour 70 gr. Mix well.
Mashed the sticks and roll them in mixed flour with breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil well in a pan and fry the potato sticks until golden brown.
Put them on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Pour the sticks with mushrooms and sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Potato sticks with mushrooms are ready, serve warm.
