Potato sticks with cheese

1 . Stage

Boil potatoes and grate on a coarse grater, add salt and spices, as well as eggs. Stir well until smooth, add flour and mix again.

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Make a cake of potatoes and place a piece of cheese in the middle, close the cake and roll in breadcrumbs.

4 . Stage

Fry the sticks in a large amount of oil over low heat until brown on all sides. Serve with your favorite sauce.
