In the mashed potatoes, add butter, grated cheese, finely chopped dill, egg, sour cream, salt, mix everything well, add flour and knead the dough so that it becomes thick, more flour can go. Make a cake with the dough, put the chopped mushrooms in the middle.
Form a cutlet, roll in flour.
Fry potato patties with mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
For the sauce, grate the cucumber on a fine grater, squeeze the juice and mix with the garlic passed through the press, chopped dill, sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well.
