1. Potatoes 1 kg
2. Flour 100 gram

4. Soda 3 gram

7. Gravy Dried mushrooms 50 gram
8. Gravy Bulb onions 20 gram
9. Gravy Flour 25 gram
10. Gravy Butter 1 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Potato pancakes with mushroom gravy

1 . Stage

Peel and grate the potatoes. Add to it flour, soda, salt and pepper to taste.

2 . Stage

Mix well and smooth the dough with a tablespoon into a well-heated pan with vegetable oil.

3 . Stage

For gravy, pre-soak the mushrooms for 1-2 hours and boil for 20 minutes. Leave the broth after mushrooms.
