Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Squeeze out the liquid.
Add the egg, sour cream, flour and grated onion to the potato. Salt and pepper to taste.
Season the minced meat to taste and add onions, as well as a little water.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and spoon out the potato dough, and a little mincemeat on top. Then cover the filling with a second portion of raw potato dough and turn over.
Fry potato pancakes with meat until cooked.
