Cooking

1. Stage

Peel the potatoes and cut into coins. Not too thin.

2. Stage

Bring cream to a boil, salt and send potatoes there. Allow to boil over low heat for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Stage

Put in any heat-resistant form layer by layer, if necessary add: a layer of potatoes, a layer of cheese. Leave some cheese. We don’t touch the cream yet. The topmost layer should go potatoes.

4. Stage

As soon as all the layers are laid out, fill it all with cream. Cover the mold with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. After this, remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
