Peel and grate potatoes and onions. Squeeze the juice well into a glass when the liquid settles gently draining the juice. Add the starch to the potato that remains at the bottom of the glass, egg, flour and season to taste. Mix well.
Stuffing salt and pepper to taste.
Make a tortilla from the potato mass and put a ball of minced meat inside. Twist the ball so that no seams remain.
Boil water in a saucepan, toss bay leaf and peppercorns, salt a little. Dip the dumplings into the water, they should float freely and not stick together. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Potato dumplings with meat are ready, serve as a separate dish with sauces.
