Divide the cabbage into inflorescences and cook until tender in slightly salted water. Chop and fry the onion in vegetable oil with minced meat, season to taste. Then mix cabbage with minced meat.
For the test, add warm oil, salt, and egg to warm potatoes. Mix well and gradually add flour.
Roll out the dough and put it into a baking dish greased with a little oil by making sides.
Put the filling on the dough and evenly distribute. Beat eggs with sour cream, salt to taste and fill the filling.
Then lay on top the sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
The potato dough meat pie is ready, cut into pieces and serve.
