Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Put half the potatoes in a baking dish and add a little salt.
Season the minced meat to taste and add the onion. Put the minced meat on top of the potatoes and again layer the potatoes on top of the minced meat.
Mix eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper, dill and spices, beat well.
Pour the resulting mixture onto a casserole .
Bake potato casserole with meat in the oven at 180 degrees 1.5 hours.
