I wash the potatoes well and boil them in their uniforms, cool and clean them.
Next, cut each potato in half lengthwise and carefully remove the pulp with a spoon from the middle.
Finely chop the ham and onion, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens and mix with the pulp of the potato taken out earlier.
We mix all this, season with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
Then, in each "boat" of potatoes we impose this mass.
We put the boats in the oven at 220 - 250 degrees and bake for about half an hour.
