Boil potatoes until ready in salted water without removing the peel. Then crush the potatoes with a pusher.
For the sauce, whisk the mustard oil with a whisk, and add salt and pepper to your liking.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet covered with parchment and pour sauce on top. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle potatoes with chopped herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!!!
