Pour the tongue with water and bring to a boil, let it boil for a minute and then drain the tongue and rinse the pan. Pour fresh water into your tongue, add carrots, salt and spices to your taste and cook for 2 hours after boiling over low heat. Clean the finished language. 250 ml strain and cool the broth.
Add gelatin to the broth and leave to swell.
Cut the cleaned tongue into slices.
Put your tongue beautifully on a medium-depth plate, decorate with boiled carrots and herbs.
Dissolve gelatin in a water bath and fill it with your tongue, put in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely, after which it can be served.
