Wash the ribs well and cut into separate parts.
Put the meat in the pan with the side on which there is fat, so we do not need additional oil. Cook until golden brown.
Cut onions into rings and add to the meat. Cook for 5 minutes.
Then add hot water. Season to taste and simmer under a lid over medium heat for 30 minutes. Add chopped garlic and keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
Pork ribs in the pan are ready, serve to the side dish.
