Place the pork ribs in a large pot and fill with water to cover the meat. Add soy sauce, garlic, rosemary, oregano, bay leaf, 2 lime juice and parsley. Bring to a boil, cook until the water has completely evaporated, about 25 minutes.
When all the water has gone, remove the bay leaf and cook the meat until brown, turning from time to time.
Season the prepared meat with black pepper and garnish with lime slices and parsley.
