Cut the pork into medium slices and fry in sesame oil until golden brown. Cook in small portions so that the meat is not stewed, namely it is fried without losing its juice.
When the whole pork is fried, return everything to the pan and add all the chopped vegetables. Vegetables can be cut arbitrarily, as you like. Fry for a few minutes.
Add ketchup, tomato paste and all spices to the pan, pour wine and soy sauce. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Add tangerine slices at the end. Stir everything and cook for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle the prepared meat with sesame seeds before serving.
Pork in a spicy sauce is very aromatic, juicy, tasty and rich, there is also a light, sweet note. Cooking is quite simple and fast, this dish is perfect for any side dish, especially boiled rice. Adjust the number of spices to your liking, just be sure to try the taste at the end as the salinity of soy sauce may not be enough.
