Cut the meat into equal pieces, I got three. Beat off lightly with a hammer on both sides.
For the sauce, mix 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, honey, mustard, add spices to the barbecue, dried garlic, a little pepper and salt. You can add any spices to your taste.
Grease the meat on all sides with the prepared sauce, grease the baking dish with the remaining vegetable oil. Put the pork in a mold, grease it with sauce and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Serve immediately from the oven.
