Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until the onions are transparent. Put in the bowl of the crock-pot.
Cut the pork into slices and roll in flour, put on vegetables and fry in the "baking" or "frying" mode for 5 minutes.
Mix sour cream with tomato paste, add a little water to mix well enough enough a couple of tablespoons, pour on the meat, season to taste with salt and spices.
