Chop the onions in half rings and fry in vegetable oil with garlic until golden.
Pork grate salt and spices and fry in the pan until half.
Put the dough on a baking sheet with parchment, put grated cheese, sliced ham, half onion on the dough, and mustard meat on top.
Then put the rest of the onion, ham and cheese on top of the meat.
Put the second sheet of dough on top, close well on all sides and grease the top with a beaten egg.
Baked pork in dough cooked at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
