Cut tomatoes into slices, and cucumbers in half rings.

Peel and cut the boiled eggs as well as the tomato slices.

Put tomatoes and eggs on a plate alternately, sprinkle with chopped basil, pepper and salt to taste to taste. Arrange the cucumbers and pour over the butter.

Lay the pollock liver on top.
