Soak the bread in milk.
Finely chop the onion and fry until tender in vegetable oil.
Pass the pollock fillet, lard and bread squeezed from milk through a meat grinder. Add the fried onions, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well with your hands.
From the resulting minced meat, form the patties with your hands. Put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Also, these cutlets can be fried in a pan.
