Remove the peel from the fruit, remove the seeds from the plums and cut into pieces. Sprinkle fruit with sugar and add vanilla.
Let the fruit brew for 5 hours.
After plum peach jam infuses put it on medium heat and cook until boiling and sugar is completely dissolved. Then leave for 12 hours.
Remove the vanilla, bring it to a boil again, pour it into sterilized jars and roll it up.
