Cut the fish into large pieces. Wash and dry with paper towels.
Finely chop the greens.
Grease the baking dish with olive oil and put pink salmon on top. Salt and pepper to taste, and squeeze the juice on top with half a lemon and pour all the fish on top. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Then fill the fish with cream and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake pink salmon in cream for 30 minutes.
After 15 minutes of baking, sprinkle with pink salmon greens and continue cooking. Pink salmon with greens in cream is ready.
