Peel and cut the pink salmon into portions.
For batter, beat eggs, salt, flour and beer until smooth.
We will need additional flour to roll the fish. Flour should completely cover the whole piece.
Dip the fish in batter, fry in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Serve can be warm or cold.
