Finely chop the garlic and add salt and finely chopped chilli to it, mix well with the oil.
Cut the meat into medium strips and grate the resulting mass. Set for 40 minutes. in the fridge.
Mix a tablespoon of sunflower oil with lime juice and send to the pan when the mixture is heated, add sugar and heat until the sugar has melted. Put the meat, fry for about 10 minutes. and add the diced pineapple.
Cook under the lid until cooked. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
