1 . Stage
Pour yeast into a small bowl, add a little warm milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar, dissolve the yeast. Leave on for 15 minutes. The hat should rise.

Pour the sifted flour into a deep bowl, in the middle make a deepening. Add the yeast mass, sugar, salt, vegetable oil. Gradually pour warm milk, stirring the dough with a wooden spoon. The dough should be soft and stick to your hands. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and mix a little dough. Cover with foil and put in a warm place to lift.

Peel the potatoes. Dice. Boil until tender, in salted water. Drain the water. Make mashed potatoes.

Separately cut the onions into small cubes and fry in butter until golden brown. Add fried onions, parmesan, dill in mashed potatoes and mix.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Make a tourniquet from each hand. Cut small pieces of dough. Flatten flat cakes with a width of 3 cm with your hands. Put in each filling. Stick up the pies.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, reduce heat to medium and fry pies on both sides until golden brown.
