Cooking

1. Stage

First make the dough. In a blender, mix 1.5 cups flour and salt. Add butter to flour and continue whisking. Then add more flour and mix until smooth.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, beat the egg, add water, and then add the resulting mass to flour. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Stage

Roll the dough into a ball, transfer to a container, cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Stage

Now go in for the patty filling. Heat olive oil in a pan. In hot oil, fry chopped onions for about 3 minutes until it changes color. Add garlic and chopped mushrooms to the onion. Fry until mushrooms are tender. Add more oil if necessary.

5. Stage

In a pan with mushrooms and vegetables, add minced pork, chopped tomatoes and red bell pepper. Add spices to the filling. Cook the filling until the minced meat is cooked (about 8 minutes). Preheat the oven to 200C.

6. Stage

When the dough has cooled, remove it from the refrigerator and roll it thinly. Cut the dough into rectangles of size 15x20cm. On the edge of each rectangle, put 0.25 cups of the filling, while backing off at least 2.5 cm from each edge. Cover the filling with the second half of the dough and tightly clamp the edges.

7. Stage

Put the pies on a baking sheet, having previously placed a sheet of parchment on it and grease it with oil. Lubricate the pies with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. You should get 10 pies. Bake pies at 200C for 25 minutes until the dough is browned.
