Mix flour and softened butter. Break the egg, add the grated cheese and salt. Thoroughly knead the dough. It is soft and supple. Wrap the dough in a film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. Cut the onion finely and fry in a skillet until golden. Defrost frozen mushrooms in the microwave. Remove excess water and send to the onion in a frying pan.
Cook chicken, chop finely and add to our onions and mushrooms to fry. Mix sour cream - cream, salt. Add our mixture to the pan. Add flour and simmer for a couple of minutes until thickened. Take shape, grease with oil. We line our form with dough. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Send the dough into the oven for 15 minutes to dry. We get and put our filling on the dough. Abundantly sprinkle with grated cheese. We send to the oven for another 25-30 minutes.
