Ingredients for - Pickled Sea Bass

1. Sea bass 500 gram
2. Lemon juice 2 PC.
3. Salt 1 Tsp
4. Chilli 2 PC.
5. Garlic 1 clove
6. Grapefruit 2 PC.
7. Fennel 2 head
8. Mint 20 gram
9. Olive oil 20 gram

How to cook deliciously - Pickled Sea Bass

1 . Stage

Cut the fish into strips. Combine lemon juice, salt, chopped pepper and garlic.

2 . Stage

Peel the grapefruit. Mix fish with lemon juice, grapefruit, chopped fennel, add mint leaves, mix well and leave for 3 minutes. Shave with olive oil before serving.
