Cooking

1. Stage

Peel the fish from the skin and cut into pieces. Fold in a jar and add onion sliced in half rings.

For marinade, mix water, vinegar, sugar, pepper and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, cool to room temperature and pour over the herring.
