Rinse the mint and rub the leaves a little with your fingers so that it gives off all its aroma. Pour milk into a pan, add mint and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove milk from heat, cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Strain the milk and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
