Finely chop the mushrooms, meat and onions, pour the tomatoes over with boiling water and peel them and cut them in the same way. First, fry the vegetables until half cooked, then add meat, cook for another 5 minutes. Add half the grated cheese and turn off the heat.
Cut the pepper in half and clean from the seeds leaving the leg. Dip the chopped pepper in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Then drain the water.
Fill the halves of the pepper with the filling and put on a baking sheet, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees 30 minutes. Grind greens and mix with the remaining grated cheese.
