1. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

3. Brandy 1 tbsp
4. Ginger root 2 Cm.
5. Chilli 1 PC.
6. Bell pepper 1 PC.
7. Carrot 120 Column
8. Champignon 200 Column
9. Shrimp 200 Column
10. Chinese cabbage 1 PC.

Cooking

1 . Stage

Throw chopped hot pepper, grated ginger into the pan and quickly fry, literally a minute, or even less.

2 . Stage

Next, add grated carrots and chopped paprika, a little vegetable oil with a long straw.

3 . Stage

Fry for a few minutes and put in a bowl. In the pan again, a little butter and mushrooms + brandy cut into thin slices. Stir fry for a couple of minutes and spread to the vegetables. Disassemble the cabbage into leaves, remove the stalk and chop in strips.

4 . Stage

A little oil and fry for 3 minutes. Then add all the vegetables, peeled shrimp, sauces, sugar, mix and warm over low heat for several minutes
