First you need to cook the crumbs. Mix soft butter with flour and sugar, add almond flour and a pinch of salt. If there is no almond flour, then replace it with plain flour. Mix well.
Peel the pears, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Sprinkle pear with lemon juice so that the pieces do not darken.
Put the pear on the bottom of the baking dish, add the sliced chocolate or chocolate drops.
Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The baby should get a rosy color.
