Peaches with pudding

1 . Stage

These are the peaches I use.

2 . Stage

Dissolve the pudding powder in 100 ml of peach syrup. Add the sugar to the remaining syrup and heat almost to a boil. Continuously stirring, pour in the pudding mixture. Stirring continuously, simmer until thickened. Cool.

3 . Stage

Chop the peaches (I mashed half of them) and add them to the cream. Stir to combine.

4 . Stage

Whip the cream until stiff peaks. The main thing is to stop in time, otherwise you will get creamy butter.

5 . Stage

Gently fold in the whipped cream.
