Pour gelatin with cold water and leave to swell.
For peaches, remove the skin and cut into slices.
Beat cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla syrup, at the end add gelatin melted in a water bath and beat well again.
Put peaches on the bottom of the silicone mold, and then the curd. Refrigerate until fully frozen for approximately 4-8 hours. Cut into pieces and serve.
Peach-curd dessert is very tender, airy and delicious. To prepare such a dessert is very simple and quite quick, it is perfect for the whole family for any holiday. Peaches can be replaced with canned apricots or pineapples, take cottage cheese of any fat content. If desired, you can cover the finished dessert with chocolate icing, for cooking use a silicone mold or an ordinary deep bowl covered with cling film.
