Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the garlic for several minutes, after which it needs to be pulled out and discarded.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry until golden brown.
Rinse the mushrooms well and cut them into cubes, rinse again and let the water drain well. Add the mushrooms to the onion and fry until tender, pour in the cream, salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 2 minutes. Add chopped parsley at the end.
Boil pasta in salted water until tender.
Drain the water from the pasta and transfer the pasta to the mushroom pan, warm it up for a minute and serve.
