To cook pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce, you first need to boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse pasta with running water.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil until light brown.
Cut the mushrooms into four parts and add to the pan to the onion. Cook the mushrooms for a few more minutes so that they become soft. Mushrooms can also be cut into slices, so they cook faster and will not be so noticeable in the sauce.
Add sour cream and water to the pan, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Put the boiled pasta in the sauce directly in the pan. Stir well so that the sauce covers all pasta.
