Finely chop the bacon and onion, fry together until golden brown.

Boil the pasta in salted water until tender and drain the water. Transfer the bacon to the pasta and add the corn.

Melt the butter in a stewpan and fry the flour on it for a minute. Then pour in the milk gradually stirring constantly with a whisk and add the grated hard cheese. Cook until the cheese is completely melted. At the end, add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Add the sauce to pasta, mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
5 . Stage
Bake at 180 degrees 30 minutes. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!!!
