Fry the minced meat in a pan. Add taco seasoning, then tomatoes. Add 2 cups of broth. When it begins to boil, add the pasta to the mass. Cover and cook until cooked.
While the pasta is boiling, we begin to prepare the sauce. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix well and fry until golden brown. Add milk and beat well again. Bring the sauce to a boil.
Add a glass of grated cheese and mix until smooth. Add salt and pepper. Pour the sauce into the pasta and mix gently.
