Boil pasta in salted water until half cooked. Drain the water.
Ready made meat sauce. Chop the onion into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until transparent, then add the minced meat, cook for 10 minutes, then add spices to taste, tomato paste and wine. Stir everything well and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.
Take a high baking dish and grease with half the butter, sprinkle everything with breadcrumbs. Put half pasta on the bottom, sprinkle with half the cheese, then meat sauce, cheese and pasta again.
For milk sauce, fry the flour in butter for several minutes, then add warm milk, stir well so that there are no lumps. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, then stir constantly and add beaten eggs. Season to taste. Pour the casserole with the resulting sauce.
Place the casserole in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Pasta casserole with minced meat is ready, cut into portions and serve.
