Chicken fillet must be cut in half.
Beat eggs well with a fork, salt and pepper a little, mix the cheese with breadcrumbs, melt the butter and mix in a bowl with the garlic passed through the press.
First dip the meat on all sides in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease it with half the butter and garlic, put the chicken fillet in parmesan and pour over the rest of the butter. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes then turn the meat over and cook for another 15 minutes.
